Government Debt is calculated as the sum of Domestic Government Debt and External Government Debt. The Central Bank of Yemen provides Domestic Government Debt in local currency and External Government Debt in USD. Central Statistical Organization provides Nominal GDP in local currency. The Central Bank of Yemen average market exchange rate is used for currency conversions. Yemen's National Government Debt reached 20.4 USD bn in Dec 2013. The country's Nominal GDP reached 34.7 USD bn in Dec 2013.
