Infrastructure includes land, channels and permanent way constructions, buildings, bridges and tunnels, as well as immovable fixtures, fittings and installations connected with them (signalisation, telecommunications, navigation locks, mooring equipment, toll collection installations, etc.) as opposed to inland waterways vessels.
