How can I pay online for CEIC Flex?

Subscribers can make payments using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro & Discover). Payments are made in US dollars.

Can I switch plans with CEIC Flex?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade will take effect immediately. A downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Do I need to activate my monthly CEIC Flex subscription each month?

The CEIC Flex subscription will automatically renew every month, and the service will continue uninterrupted unless the subscriber cancels the service within the CEIC Flex application. No refund will be issued for unused days. Subscriber can also choose annual payment plans with 2 months free at the checkout stage.

Is it possible to give my CEIC Flex subscription to someone else?

No. Each CEIC Flex subscription is personal to the subscriber, and right of access is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

What are the conditions for using my subscription?

The subscriber is allowed to use the data for research, analysis, publication, and presentation purposes. Otherwise, the subscriber may not rent, transfer, publish, duplicate or in any way distribute the database information or allow third-party access to CEIC data.
