Brazil’s volume of services recorded the sixth annual increase in a row in August, by 16.7% y/y, amid an increase in the number of vaccinated people against the COVID-19 in the country.

The subindex of transport and mail rose by 19.6% y/y in August, while the subindex of information and communication services expanded by 13.6% y/y.
