China's House Prices grew 9.5 % YoY in June 2019, following an increase of 9.7 % YoY in the previous month.

China House Prices YoY Growth data is updated monthly, available from March 1999 to June 2019, with an average growth rate of 8.0 %.

The data reached an all-time high of 25.0 % in February 2010 and a record low of -12.6 % in April 1999.
