Supported Version of CEIC Add-in for Microsoft Excel and How to Upgrade

Since 2024, we have introduced a minimum of 2-year support window for each new version of our Microsoft Office add ins - policy for the CEIC desktop applications

Users who are still using retired and older versions will have limited access to our support services for these versions as those will be discontinued.

1. Users on v4.3.0.x:
   1. Uninstall your current version by Control Panel -> Programs -> Right click on CDMNext Addin to uninstall
   2. Log in to your CEIC profile
