COVID-19: Brazil’s trade confidence improves in July
Trade companies in Brazil are more optimistic in July, as the trade entrepreneurs’ confidence index rose by 11.7% m/m to 107.8 in the month, exceeding the threshold value of 100.
Trade companies in Brazil are more optimistic in July, as the trade entrepreneurs’ confidence index rose by 11.7% m/m to 107.8 in the month, exceeding the threshold value of 100.
According to the National Confederation of Goods, Services and Tourism Trade (CNC), all the three sub-indexes improved in the month. The current conditions indicator rose by 29.2% m/m, followed by the ones of investment intention (+ 8.5% m/m) and expectations (+ 5.6% m/m). On a yearly basis, the overall index jumped by 55.6% y/y in July.
