Philippine Statistics Authority provides Nominal GDP in local currency. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas average market exchange rate is used for currency conversions. External Debt prior to 2005 is calculated as the sum of discontinued Total External Debt, Intercompany Accounts: Phil Branches of Foreign Banks, Loans without BSP Approval and Private Sector Obligations under Capital Lease Arrangements. These three items have been included in the Total External Debt under the new reporting framework.
