China's economy may be holding up, but its consumers don't seem to be going along for the ride. The economy grew 7.7% in the fourth quarter compared with the year earlier, down from 7.8% in the third. Full-year growth also came in at 7.7%, not surprisingly exceeding the government's 7.5% target.
