Consensus Economics™ Forecasts

Real-time and historical economic forecasts from the world's leading international economic survey organization on CEIC Data Manager (CDM).

Each month Consensus Economics (www.consensuseconomics.com) polls more than 700 economists around the world to obtain their economic forecasts and views for the principal macro and some micro-economic variables, for over 80 countries. The Consensus Economics database is unique because of its inclusion of an extensive historical dataset of forecasts, allowing users to examine changes in the economic outlook during critical historical periods. In addition to this feature, the database enables the user to perform global analysis, examining comparable forecast data across different economies.

CEIC Data Manager users can access Consensus Economics historical and current forecasts integrated with CEIC Data's unparalleled global economic, sector and financial data. CDM provides access to both data sets from a Microsoft Excel plug-in application, offering easy download to Excel for further analysis.
